Duties:

Handle and resolve customer complaints providing the best customer experience
Investigate complaints, troubleshoot issues and identifying trending problems
Report bugs to the technical team


Requirements:

Very good English skills
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
Perfect communication and problem-solving skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
