Due to the growth and development of the company, we are looking for an experienced HRD with fluency in Polish and English.
? The employer is a company engaged in the production and sale of auto accessories.
✅ HRD work is suitable for you if:
- You have 3 years of productive work experience as an HR Director;
- You have productive work experience in companies that have recently successfully transformed from a startup to 200+ people;
- You have a high level of Polish language C1-C2 and English language C1-C2 (required)
- You have computer skills, Excel, Google (Forms, Docs, Drive)
- You have experience working with any HRIS (Human Resource Information System), with analytics and management programs.
- You know how to think critically, make decisions and take responsibility
? What tasks does the company expect from HRD:
- Organization and control of the Personnel and Communication department
- Control of statistics and central office of the company
- Systematic promotion of the company's values, mission and vision
- HR budget management
- Formation of personnel policy
- Creation of an effective training system
- Optimization of HR processes
- Implementation of the personnel strategy of the company
- Management of the system for evaluating the level of competence, efficiency and motivation of employees
- Management of personnel records
? What you will get by working as HRD in this company:
- Financial motivation will be discussed at the interview with each candidate. We are ready to offer a high rate (we will listen to your conditions) + bonuses from the implementation of the statistics plan.
- Official employment;
- Work - completely remote.
- Working day from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.
- The trial period is 6 months.
