Position: Chef of a European cuisine restaurant (1 vacancy)
Salary: from 14 euros per hour (approximately 2400–2500 euros per month, net)
Work schedule: shift work 2/2, working from Monday to Sunday
Shifts: 07:00–15:00 or 15:00–23:00
Average workload — 40 hours per week
Required documents: work visa, residence permit, EU passport or status under §24
Accommodation: an apartment is provided, single occupancy in a room
Cost — 280–300 euros per month
Commute to work: on foot, up to 10 minutes
A car is provided for business trips, expenses covered by the employer
Work clothing: must have your own
Responsibilities:
- Preparing dishes of European cuisine according to the a la carte menu
- Performing preparatory processes before starting work and finishing tasks after the shift
- Controlling the quality of dishes and adherence to serving standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen
Candidate requirements:
- Experience as a cook for at least 3 years
- Relevant education (secondary specialized or higher)
- Availability of a sanitary book
- Age up to 45 years
- Knowledge of Russian and German languages at A2–B2 level
- Category B driver's license
- Understanding of European cuisine, cooking technologies, and classic recipes
- Ability to work creatively and adapt traditional dishes to modern trends
- Adherence to sanitary norms and safety regulations
- Responsibility and accuracy in work
