Position: Kitchen Assistant in a European cuisine restaurant (1 vacancy)
Salary: from 12 euros per hour (approximately 2100–2200 euros per month, net)
Work schedule: shift work 2/2, working from Monday to Sunday
Shifts: 07:00–15:00 or 15:00–23:00
Employment — about 40 hours per week
Required documents: work visa, residence permit, EU passport or status under §24
Accommodation: apartment with single occupancy in a room
Cost — 280–300 euros per month
Commute to work: on foot, up to 10 minutes
Work clothing: must have your own
Responsibilities:
- Preparing simple dishes: salads, desserts, portioned ice cream
- Preparing ingredients and kitchen preparations
- Washing dishes, sorting and placing inventory
- Polishing cutlery and glassware
- Washing, drying, and organizing kitchen textiles
- Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace
Candidate requirements:
- At least 2 years of kitchen experience
- Availability of a sanitary book
- Age up to 45 years
- Basic knowledge of Russian and German (level A2–B2)
- Understanding of basic food handling and culinary processes
- Ability to organize the work process and use time effectively
- Compliance with sanitary standards and safety regulations
- Neatness, responsibility, and discipline
